Position Summary:

Falck is looking for a temporary Audit Support Analyst to provide short-term assistance on auditing projects. The primary job responsibility of the Audit Support Analyst is to assist in conducting audits as requested by the administration team. The role will last approximately two (2) months.

Compensation: $35.00 – 45.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

The Audit Support Analyst duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Partnering with People and Culture to unite system functions.
  • Developing ideas to maintain data integrity.
  • Ensuring data integrity by comparing information within various systems.
  • Acting as liaison between departments when conducting audits.
  • Presenting audit findings to administration team.
  • Assisting with data reconciliation for annual increases.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and personal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Experience with ADP is a plus
  • Experience with ESO is a plus
  • Operational knowledge of the local EMS system
  • Knowledge of PC usage and general office software operations
  • Project management and independent problem-solving skills
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to train and work with others
  • Strong people/relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the Falck Northern California team

The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Occasionally: Must have the ability to lift, carry and balance up to 15 pounds.

Frequently: Good manual dexterity, typing wpm 40, with the ability to perform all tasks related to the position.

Constantly: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, possess hand-eye-foot coordination and color recognition.
