Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator must have exceptional teamwork capabilities and a strong passion for computer animation and visual effects as it relates to the themed attraction and special venues industry. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, an understanding of standard media production pipelines, and a willingness to learn about new technologies applicable to our field.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a great working relationship between the producers, supervisors, and CG artists.
• Track artists' tasks and schedules.
• Track daily goals and production milestones.
• Work with the pipeline department to improve workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Produce weekly reports tracking overall studio progress across all projects.
• Coordinate with the associate production manager for weekly goals.
• Be willing to extend or adjust work hours to manage, wrangle, and package outgoing files and deliverables during crunch time.
• Ensure that production deliveries are on time, contractually complete, and elevate any concerns well in advance.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in production in a professional setting.
• Experience with Shotgrid (Shotgun) and MS Office is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro.
• Experience working with a team in a mixed software environment.
• Candidate must be a problem solver and team player and very organized, self-motivated, pro-active, and communicative.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
