Job Description:
We are looking for a Google CCAI developer specialized in Voice. This resource will work on Voice and SMS initiatives within our Customer Service space.
Responsibility:
• Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
• Support and maintain voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers
• Ability to interface with Business partners as needed to drive towards implementation of AI solutions
Exp: 8
Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Contact centers.
• 1 years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX and Google Cloud CCAI
• Experience in supporting multi-site contact center implementations
• Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services such as Nuance, Google and Amazon
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Cisco CVP/WebexCCE experience is a plus.
