FalconTek has multiple openings for Call Center Rep / Scheduler in Bethesda, MD.

This position will begin fully onsite for the first 90 days to get acclimated to the program. After the first 90 days, it will be a remote position with an onsite requirement every other Thursday.

The Referral Management Health Care Coordinator / Medical Administration Specialist will schedule appointments, answer inbound calls, answer patient questions, and provide outstanding customer service.

The qualifications for this role are 4-6 years of customer service experience to include call center, front desk receptionist, customer service roles, etc OR an Associates, Bachelors, or LPN Certification.

The schedule will be an 8 hour shift within the hours of operation, Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm.

This is supporting a government program so it will require a background investigation that will take 4-6 weeks to complete prior to starting.
