Fall River Health Services (FRHS) located in Hot Springs, SD is a comprehensive healthcare system which services Fall River County and the surrounding areas in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. We are comprised of a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, 24-hour ER, Seven Sisters Living Center (LTC), in-house Rural Health Clinic plus ancillary services. While our town is only 3,600, we have the 2nd largest city in SD only a one- hour drive north. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full time employees, (30 hours or more per week). Compensation is based upon your experience and qualifications, plus we do pay shift-differentials depending on the shift hours you work. Also, SD does not have a state income tax!
