Faller, Davis, and Associates, Inc. (FDA) has an exciting, rewarding, growth opportunity for a Highway Service Group Leader, Project Manager, and Highway Engineer for a full-time position in our Tampa office.

FDA’s highway engineering group is recognized as one of the preeminent teams in the State of Florida. Our projects range from studies and designs for major interstate and arterial reconstruction projects to intersections, milling and resurfacing, trails, and sidewalks. This position is responsible for leading and mentoring the group, managing projects; and the design, management and production of quality roadway plans and studies, profitable project budgets, and leading and developing client marketing including writing proposals, presentations, and interviews.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management
• 12-20 years of progressive design experience in Highway Engineering
• Ability to mentor staff
• Responsiveness to client
• Timely submittals to client
• Bachelors or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Florida professional engineering registration
• Recent Florida Department of Transportation (District One and/or Seven preferred) experience
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
