Falls Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Menomonee Falls, WI

We are a private dental practice in Menomonee Falls seeking a positive , friendly, motivated and energetic dental receptionist to our team to help us in our mission to provide the best care and treatment possible for our patients in a safe, friendly and comfortable setting. Our beautiful, clean and state-of-the-art practice helps us to provide the best quality dental services that we can to our patients.

You will be responsible for welcoming patients to the practice with a comforting attitude and warm smile and getting them prepared for their appointments; so the ability to relate to and build relationships with people is a must!

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and verbal/ writing communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software a plus, but not necessary
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, patient-focused environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal skills and listening skills
  • Organization skills: make sure all record keeping requirements are fully and accurately completed.
  • Financial skills: accurately enter personal payments , insurance payments, any patient discounts, etc. Explain reasoning for times when payments are due at time of service.

We are looking to fill a part-time dental receptionist position 2-3 days a week with flexible hours. We are offering:
-competitive compensation (based on experience)
- dental and 401k benefits
-paid time off and 6 paid Holidays
