Families & Communities Rising (FCR) is Hiring a Program Outcomes Coordinator Near Durham, NC

The Program Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive system for measuring and reporting on the outcomes of the Head Start program. This role ensures that the program meets all federal, state, and local requirements, and uses data to improve program quality and effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Management:
Develop and implement systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data related to program outcomes.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Train staff on data collection methods and tools.
Reporting And AnalysisPrepare regular reports on program outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Use data to inform decision-making and program planning.
Compliance And MonitoringEnsure that the program meets all federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
Monitor compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and other relevant regulations.
Participate in program audits and reviews.
Program ImprovementCollaborate with program staff to develop and implement strategies for improving program quality and effectiveness.
Use data to support continuous quality improvement efforts.
Provide technical assistance and support to staff in using data to improve practice.
Collaboration And CommunicationWork closely with program directors, teachers, and other staff to support data-informed decision-making.
Communicate program outcomes and data findings to a variety of stakeholders, including staff, families, and community partners.
Participate in community and professional networks to stay informed about best practices in data management and program evaluation.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in data management, program evaluation, or a related field.
Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and other relevant regulations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
Skills And CompetenciesProficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, ChildPlus, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Commitment to the mission and goals of the Head Start program.
