Family Access Center is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Sioux, IA

Job Description:

Family Access Center is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist join our team supporting and empowering individuals to overcome life's challenges by providing quality services in our Sioux City office.

Responsibilities:

Applicants must be well-organized self-starters who are motivated to complete tasks on a daily basis. You will also manage a multi-line phone system, adhere to HIPAA confidentiality laws, and utilize a web-based computer program to create electronic files and keep track of schedules and appointments.

Front desk duties also include: checking clients in for their appointments, making reminder calls, rescheduling appointments; monitoring, scanning, and uploading client paperwork into electronic files; faxing, printing, copying, emailing, and storing confidential documents. A good attitude and willingness to take direction are necessary. Experience in the field of social work is not required but is a plus.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required) and 2 years of Human Service experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
