Why You Should Apply
- A consistent weekly schedule with weekly planning time in a three-teacher classroom team
- Full time shifts: 8-hour shift (includes a 30 min paid break) or a 9-hour shift (includes a one hour paid break)
- Part-time shifts: either 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm or 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm
- On-site paid professional development
- Comprehensive benefits package offered (working minimum 20-25 hours/week) with 80% employer contribution for medical insurance, as well as dental insurance, flexible spending and retirement saving accounts
- 12 paid holidays plus 2 paid weeks for EEC closure (winter and summer break)
- 22 days paid Earned Time Off (ETO).

- Flexible team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to bend, stand, squat, stoop, walk, occasionally run, and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19, vaccination in process, or have an approved exemption.
- Create an educational environment that is inquiry and play based, emergent, challenging and inviting.
- Provide a nurturing, individualized approach to teaching toddlers.
- Value diversity and be curious and respectful of differences between individuals, families, and cultures.
- Continue to learn and grow as a professional in the field of early childhood education.
