Family Acupuncture Maryland (FAM) is a growing acupuncture practice that supports the recovery and maintenance of health & wellness to the people of Howard County and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for a Rockstar Clinical Liaison to support a growing, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic.
The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and can involve everything from answering the phone to assisting in hands-on patient care to posting on social media and vacuuming. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.”
You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing, good with adults & kids, and ready to commit to the long haul.
There is unlimited growth potential. As the practice and our services expand, so will your opportunities and income. The more you can bring to the table, the quicker this will happen.
· A minimum of 15 hours per week, daytime schedule with major holidays off (rare weekend commitments when we are present at community events.)
· 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with performance-based raises.
· Starting pay: $16-18/hour.
