Family & Children's Services Career Page is Hiring a Specialist, Data Near Tulsa, OK

POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Work collaboratively with BI Team to obtain and be trained on data reporting
  • Review, prepare and disseminate aggregated findings to select team supervisors for data analysis for client care decision making
  • Create and maintain effective tracking, monitoring and reporting mechanisms for required data and information for CCBHC Team Supervisor
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports as needed
  • Identify and implement data integrity and collection enhancements:
    • Identify and report errors/inaccurate data sets and possible remedies to program leadership.
    • Trouble shoot for solutions in all data-related problem areas.
    • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the data, to ensure the quality and usability.
    • Monitor overall data integrity utilizing scheduled processes with automated notifications.
    • Ensure consistency of data collection
    • Monitor data and results for accuracy
  • Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all data report activities 


ADMINISTRATIVE & CLINIC WORKFLOW

  • Provide coverage for Clinic Practice Manager as needed.
  • Coordination of staff appreciation events.
    • Send out birthday/FCS anniverasy shout outs; organize monthly potluck, and other special events such as holiday parties, and Tulsa Area United Way (TAUW) activities. 
  • Prepare desk/office area; obtain welcome gift and building keys/bages for new staff. 
  • Track provider renewals and work with credentialling when required to update information.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Assist Clinic Practice Manager with recertifications of clinic staff.
  • Monitor schedule to identify areas to improve efficiency to meet ETPS measures.
  • Assist with onboarding scheduling and front desk staff.
  • Assist with consumer outreach as needed.
