We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist for our Danvers, Massachusetts, center.
Clinicians can telehealth 1-2 days a week if full-time. Additional days on-site are required.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $70,900 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
RequirementsClear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience working with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Substantial rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. There are no caps on compensation. There is no need to wait for insurance reimbursements; clinicians are paid ahead of collections.
This is a W2 position.
