Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Cycle Biller with experience in an Ophthalmology office to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the billing process and be able to manage the entire billing cycle from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

• Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility
• Submitting claims to insurance companies
• Following up on unpaid claims
• Posting payments and adjustments
• Preparing and submitting patient statements
• Resolving billing inquiries and disputes

The Full Cycle Biller will work closely with the billing team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
