POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Keep our facilities in good repair by performing minor maintenance and repair as needed and doing so in a conscientious and aesthetically pleasing fashion. Adheres to Corporate Compliance program, by reporting improper or unethical conduct, violation of applicable laws, regulations or program requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mail delivery.
• Take down & hang pictures/certificates.
• Replace soap dispensers, paper towel holders, sharps, glove box holders, chart holders Replace water stained ceiling tiles. Patch holes in walls.
• Touch up painting and repairs. Change light bulbs. Clean ceiling fans
• Help moving files and furniture.
• Light plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Set up for special events.
• Miscellaneous carpentry work.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience.
• Experienced in carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical repairs, painting, and all around routine repairs.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Florida Safe Drivers License
• Ability to lift supplies that weigh up to 25 pounds. Supplies/equipment weighing over may be lifted only with assistance from a helper.
• Assist in moving medical or office equipment, weight of which should not exceed 150 pounds

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Good carpentry skills.
• Able to perform minor plumbing repairs.
• Performs all maintenance and repair work in conscientious fashion.
• Ability to keep accurate records of repairs
