Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential assistance to people in their homes. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in need of care.
Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide catheter care when necessary
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundering linens and maintaining a clean environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and lifting as required
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide hospice care and support end-of-life needs
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
