Candidate must:

• adhere to company’s mission, vision and values. Candidate must also reinforce company’s motto about quality, value and personal care
• be extremely organized and efficient in completing day to day tasks in a retail pharmacy setting
• be able to perform assigned duties related to the job and continuously seek to enhance company’s reputation. Provide excellent care to customers, verify and accurately dispense prescription medications, counseling while working under HIPPA regulations, maintaining controlled medication and required documentations up to date
• ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures while maintaining updated documentations for DEA, insurance companies and other regulated and governing bodies. All files must be kept current. All documents should be easily retrievable upon request
• be involved in marketing efforts to grow business.
• collaborate with physicians and other health care providers to provide safe and effective drug therapy for patients
• regularly utilize MTM, MedSync practices
• must be familiar with drug-interactions, therapeutic substitutions (if needed)
• supervise and maintain all appropriate records
• supervise technicians and guide them about the work flow while avoiding mistakes. Teach to eliminate re-work
• comply with all federal and state laws.

Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as Pharmacist. Bilingual (Spanish Speakers) highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Current Florida Pharmacist license in good standing and clear background. Should be certified to immunize in state of Florida.
