The Counseling Center Supervisor will be responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of the Family Resources Outpatient Counseling Center. This leadership position will supervise the day-to-day operations of our Outpatient Group Practice. The Counseling Center Supervisor will promote the mission of Family Resources and support staff in embodying the values and goals of the agency. The Counseling Center team includes full-time and part-time licensed therapists, an office coordinator, and a psychiatrist.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Active PA State License (LCSW, LSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Ability to train on mental health therapeutic modalities
• Experience and knowledge of budgets and productivity
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
