PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude.- Assist Site Supervisors with programming, daily activities, and scheduling.- Help provide and nurture a family-centered program.- Monitor, interact, and encourage participation with youth.- Maintain safety and security and encourage them to make responsible choices.- Ensure that all program areas are clean, organized, and safe.- Interact, engage, and keep families updated.- Assist in implementing accreditation and licensing standards.- Attend and participate in team meetings, weekly site supervisor meetings, and staff development opportunities.- Interact with families.- Inform families of the day and any program events or happenings.- Communicate, cooperate, and be respectful of fellow team members
