Family Service & Children’ Aid is Hiring for a Front Office Administrative Assistant Position at our 306 Location.

Family Service & Children’s Aid is looking for an experienced or new to the field Administrative Assistant for the location at 306 west Michigan Ave. We are hiring an individual who:

· Collect Swabs (drug screens) from clients according to system requirements.
· Manage , prepare, and enter all Aces materials for CEO.
· Backup to ERN staff for client referrals.

As the Administrative Assistant at 306 you will be the first person that clients see. This part-time position will be pick up, open, and distribute mail daily as directed by the CAO. This position will maintain the schedule for all conference rooms at the facility. They will become the backup to the Accounts receivable position. Respond to records request under the direction of the CCO. If you can maintain a high degree of confidentiality, this may be the position for you.

Qualifications for position are as follows:
· High School diploma or equivalent/three years of general office experience
· Basic Acccounting knowledge with one- or two-years’ experience.
· Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
