Family Service & Children’s Aid is hiring: Part-Time Case Coordinator for our School Based Services at Northwest High School!

Looking for an individual who enjoys working in a school setting and supporting high school students. Want to work in a Mental Health Center working with other professionals? No weekends, work a school day schedule and be home in the evenings. The position is for 29 hours weekly. Be part of a State Funded exciting project here in our community! The Northwest Mountie Support (E3 program) is a partnership between Northwest High School, FSCA, and the State’s Enhancing and Expanding Emotional Support Initiative. The Northwest Mountie Support is a behavioral health center located in the High School and staffed by FSCA. The Case Coordinator is responsible for screening referrals from the school, assessing the behavioral health needs of the youth, including assessments with parents or guardians, case management support, systems advocacy, individual support, facilitation of groups and education services. The Case Coordinator assists with promoting positive mental health and recovery at school events. The Case Coordinator functions as program support for the Therapists by assisting in the program’s business operations.

Qualifications for position are as follows:

· Bachelor’s in social work, Criminal Justice, Human Service, Psychology, or related field

o Degree in non-related field will be considered if possess 2 years’ experience as case manager.

o Non-degreed applicants will be considered if experienced in the field.

· Experience as case manager or working in human service field.

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
