Position Summary
This position will provide support services regarding report/query development, AIMS, outcome reports, Credible support and training to Agency staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Generate various reports, queries, data collections and analysis.
Monitor “clean up” reports and Alerts for follow up.
Organize and track agency assigned projects.
AIMS Transmissions.
Assist EHR Manager in preparing State reports as necessary.
Prepare monthly Leadership Reports and ad hoc reports as requested.
Provide Credible software “help desk” services.
Maintain the school and employer tables, community settings, target group and External Provider tables, and Supervisor Signature on Progress Notes in Credible.
Grant access to Credible live and test databases, and change security groups.
Member of Credible Training Team. Provide initial and follow up training for all new staff. Provide refreshers as indicated.
Schedule all Credible training.
Maintain Medical Records scanning computers.
Back up to the EHR Manager.
Additional duties as assigned by the EHR Manager.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Licensure:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must successfully pass the KBI and SRS Central Registry background investigations.
Must possess a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Products including - Outlook, Explorer, Word and Excel and a working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, SQL Server Management, Adobe, and InfoMaker desired.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office and community-based working environment; requires very flexible schedule; some risk of exposure to aggressive children. Position requires long periods of sitting, continual use of the keyboard and personal computer, and speaking on the telephone. Transportation is required for travel between locations or agencies.
