Join our reputable auto group in Louisiana as an Automotive Controller and be a pivotal part of our management team. We are seeking a qualified professional with extensive experience in automotive dealership accounting and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of dealership accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals for year-end audits and tax filings.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of progressive experience in automotive dealership accounting.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and accounting software (preferably Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and dealership financial best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
