The front desk position role includes welcoming patients to the practice, helping with insurance benefits, completing transactions at the end of an appointment and scheduling appointments.

The technician position responsibilities will include a variety of tasks including taking patient histories, pretesting, diagnostic testing, and contact lens training.

Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. . Qualities needed: Ability to provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, strong computer skills, and the desire for a long-term career opportunity.
