Famous Tate in North Tampa is looking for a talented Part Time ( or Full Time) Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting our Sales team to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on our valued customers.
You are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized. With a knack for building processes and communicating effectively, you play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!

- Answer a bsuy computer based multi line phone system
- Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally
- Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing, and facility management
- Handle invoicing
- Acquire and distribute store supplies
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
- MUST be able to work the schedule to include:
- Saturday - 9-6/ Sunday - 11 am-5 pm/ Monday, Tues and Wed 12-7 pm
- Friendly and outgoing "smiling" phone voice
- Office and/or customer service experience
- Better than average computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency
- Bi lingual a plus
