This role is pivotal in overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process of sports trading card products. OrganizationFanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Point of Contact (POC): Serve as the primary liaison for upstream communications from Product Development, Bill of Materials (BOM), Pre-Press, Topps Project Management, Auto/Relic Ops, and other relevant vendors.
- Collaboration with Operations Planning: Work closely with Operations Planning to prioritize key product processing, such as engineering backlog, scheduling, and file delivery to printers, ensuring efficient production timelines.
- Bridge between Planning and Production: Act as a vital link between Operations Planning and Production, facilitating smooth transitions and maintaining alignment.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates on product progress to leadership during weekly DA calls. Manage the GC weekly call with the Topps PM team, fostering clear communication and strategic alignment.
- Addressing Challenges: Proactively address any urgent production issues or "fire drills" that arise, collaborating with both Operations Planning and Production teams to find effective solutions.
- Financial Oversight: Communicate job progress to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for progressive billing, and maintaining financial transparency throughout the production process.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in handling 100 projects annually from start to finish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standards.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in the context of sports trading cards or similar products is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to achieve project goals.
