Role Summary:

• Responsible for owning the end-to-end purchase order process within Auto Ops
  • Partner with Athlete Relations for accrual backlog clean-up to provide clarity on missing documentation, etc. for athletes
  • Effectively communicate cross-functionally to address issues with receiving purchase orders
• Ensure timely receipt of auto stickers into Cards-in Report
  • Works with Athlete Relations on any auto sticker quantity discrepancies to ensure accurate counts are entered for athlete payments
• Co-owns auto sticker inventory management alongside Inventory Supervisor
  • Supports bi-yearly physical inventory counts alongside Inventory Supervisor
• Manages day-to-day workflow of purchase orders and auto sticker receipts
• Responsible for pulling inventory reports, as needed, to provide to Department Manager and senior leadership when requested

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience in finance, business, or data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, or mathematics, preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities
• Proficient experience with Oracle ERP
