Job DescriptionContent Creation – Develop, direct, shoot, edit, design, publish and even appear in creative content strategies tailored to our target audience across various social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Copywriting - Craft captivating and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns that align with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Visual Content Production - Create visually appealing static and motion graphics, images, and videos that enhance social media content and drive engagement; collaborating with designers and internal studio to ensure brand guidelines are fully met.
Trend Monitoring - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Campaign Management - Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns to achieve set KPIs - such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
Analytics and Reporting - Monitor social media metrics and performance analytics to track the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights and future learnings for improvement.
About You

- You will be adaptable in navigating ambiguity within a fast-paced setting, making prompt, quality-driven decisions aligned with evolving project requirements and creative objectives
- You will communicate with clarity and precision, articulating the strategic rationale underlying the creative process
- You will be a self-starter who is detail and process oriented
- You will be inherently inquisitive, with a passion for exploring innovative creative formats – always pushing for new, for different, for better

- Proficient in the main creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
- Proficient in the use of DSLR’s and current phone technology with a keen eye on leveraging emerging technology to enhance content output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the sports or gaming industry
- Proficient in the use of social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of current trends in sports, betting, and digital marketing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related Design field
