Fantasee Integration is seeking an Estimator to join our exciting, growing business! As an Estimator you will handle quotes, gather prices from vendors, and maintain our company CRM page. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional that has a knack for sales and is eager to grow their career.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Generate Quotes - Day to day sales for boxed goods quotes, repair and service quotes, and job add-ons with outside sales staff and project management team.
• Compile Bids - Research, track, and review relevant projects out for public bids. Compile and submit bid proposals. Work with outside sales and technical teams as needed to complete.
• Research and Gather Pricing – Compile pricing from individual vendors for bids and quotes as needed.
• Quote/Bid Follow-Up – Follow up on quotes and deals in the pipeline on a regular basis to increase close rate.
• Answer Incoming Calls and Inquiries – Handle incoming calls and inquiries. Act as front-line customer service, answer inquiries, generate quotes from incoming requests, and direct calls to internal team members as needed.
• Customer Service – Update clients with status on quotes and orders they have prepared.
• HubSpot Maintenance – Work closely with outside sales staff, logistics team, and project managers in assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of HubSpot.

Prerequisites:

• Experience: 2-5 years in the Architainment, theater, lighting, or related industry.
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a natural talent for sales.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
• Proactive Attitude: A team player with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality and a proactive approach to getting things done.
