Overview: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and efficiently to our customers. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Duties: - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them to customers - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns - Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment - Operate the Aloha POS system to process food orders accurately Requirements: - Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred - Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices - Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.48 - $15.29 per hour
