Administrative Services Associate

My insurance office has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, goal oriented, excellent communication skill, and the ability to work well with others. Computer use and knowledge is a must. Bilingual language skill is a requirement.

An administrative assistant handles day to day administrative and customer service issues. Associate duties include but are not limited to; answering phone calls, helping walk in clients, completing paper work necessary to maintain customer accounts and helping with billing.

This job offers competing pay and some employee benefits once the new associate passes a probational period. This is an excellent entry level position with room to grow and education of the insurance industry. Insurance licensing is paid for and opportunity for growth is encouraged.
