Basic Function:
To offer administrative support for Agent/employer in the production of multi-line insurance products, including placing and receiving phone calls involving client appointments and customer needs.
Principal Accountabilities:
· Greet clients and handle incoming phone calls
· Quote information gathering
· Maintain prospect database, including proof of insurance needs
· Outbound client contacting, regarding items such as: past due payments, appointment confirmation, policy program questions
· Record Keeping and Scanning
· Daily mail
· Filing
· Setting appointments and annual reviews for Agent
· Pre-approach mailings
· Other administrative duties as assigned
· Potential attendance at off-site marketing events on weeekends

Qualifications:
· Minimum hiring age 18
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Strong people skills
· State Insurance License - P/C (preferred)
· Energetic and outgoing personality
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Computer knowledge
· Excellent organizational skills
· Motivated, self-starter
· Reasonable and predictable attendance
· Ability to travel for training
· All Non-Affiliated Appointments cancelled
· Pay based on experience / Benefits package available after 90 day probation period
