Prior customer service, office experience, excellent typing skills, and knowledge of commonly used computer software required. Prior insurance, agriculture related, and finance experience preferred. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Up sell products or services to customers when applicable
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide support and assistance to agency staff
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong sales skills and the ability to up sell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
