Farm Credit Council is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Beach, FL

Join our Team as an Administrative Specialist based out of the West Palm Beach Office! You will be responsible for covering the front desk by providing excellent customer service to guests, employees and vendors arriving at the main office.

The selected candidate will also provide a wide variety of administrative, receptionist, clerical, and staff support services to all areas. Responsibilities include answering, screening, and directing phone calls coming into the main switch board. Greet and assist all visitors coming into the main office and ensure they are directed accordingly; also responsible for processing and balancing customer deposits including creating back up. Responsible for processing, sorting, and distributing mail as well as manage office supplies, to include kitchen and Board room supplies, and places order for the branch. Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence and reports as needed and maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation. Provides administrative support to facilities.

To qualify for this role, candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills along with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel; excellent organizational skills and attention to details; the ability to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills; the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service in all interactions with customers and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years administrative experience in a customer centric environment
