Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Route Sales Associate in Mandan, ND! If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy being on the road, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Route Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing route relief for our Route Sales Representatives who might be out on vacation, sick leave, etc. Your typical day would consist of delivering our products to customers while building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. **Typical Work Schedule:**Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Overnights required. Work hours will vary depending on the route. You are expected to align with the start times of the Route Sales Representative. Daily reporting to the branch is required, except when covering the Minot route, in which case you will report to the Minot storage facility where the truck is kept. The position includes one overnight per week for Bismarck routes, and a full week away for Minot routes. Average weekly hours range from 45 to 52.

**Driving Requirements:**Valid Drivers License required

. Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Drive designated routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate product delivery.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and carrying products.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills for managing orders and reports.
