Farmers' Implement is looking for a Parts Associate to be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment, and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally.

To be successful as a Parts Associate , you should provide excellent customer service, consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization, and be knowledgeable in the parts we sell. An outstanding Parts Associate should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Parts Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and taking orders.
• Processing payments and returns.
• Processing in our shipping and receiving area.
• Assisting customers with parts queries and providing solutions quickly.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
• Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
• Updating the product inventory.
• Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
• Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied.

Parts Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Knowledge and use of cash register.
• Farm equipment/Agriculture experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems.
• Conflict management skills preferred.

Farmers Implement is a family-owned business providing friendly, reliable sales and rentals of new and used agriculture, construction, and outdoor power equipment. We have been serving southeastern Wisconsin and beyond since 1913.

Our inventory includes tractors, combines, grain bins and carts, headers, riding and zero-turn mowers, skid steers, and other top-quality equipment from over 30 leading brands, including Brent, Brock, Bush Hog, Case IH, Cub Cadet, Gehl, Hustler, Landoll, Manitou, and Patz.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
