The Agency Owner Development Program, known as the Farmers Insurance Protg Program is a program designed for entrepreneurs who want a clear path to agency ownership with Farmers Insurance. This is a 6-12 month development program where you will work under an established, top-producing mentor agent and have access to training and resources to ensure your future success as an agency owner. You'll learn valuable tools that teach you how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans. You will also have direct access to all of the training specialists in our district. From the very beginning, you will earn as you learn even if you don't have any previous insurance sales experience. If you have a willingness to learn, motivation to succeed, and an entrepreneurial spirit, we want to hear from you today!
