Job Description
Farmers Insurance has a commitment to help customers be smarter about their life insurance. Farmers District 53 is seeking an individual to work inside selected Agency offices with Agents selling life insurance. This position will help build life policies within each Agency utilizing the Farmers brand and tools by contacting customers with established relationships within each Agency.

Responsibilities
- Work inside 6 to 8 various Farmers DFW area Agency offices selling life insurance
- Work independently to cross-sell to existing agency customers in each agency book of business
- Present and explain life insurance policies based on client needs and personal goals
- Prospect and generate new business through referrals and other lead sources from each Agency
- Assist agencies to meet life production goals and objectives established with each Agent
- Follow up with customers assuring satisfaction, solicit further sales and respond to life inquiries
- Create a team mentality with each agency
Requirements
- Active General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO Texas insurance license
- Work in Farmers Insurance agency offices Monday through Friday
- Minimum one year customer facing life insurance sales experience
- Be able to pass a county, state, federal criminal background and credit check
