We are looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of sales success. The Insurance CSR will be responsible for researching and evaluating potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing advice on insurance products and services. Must be currently licensed or willing to get licensed with 60 days

Responsibilities:

• Service existing clients policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to reach them.
• Understand the insurance products available and recommend the best solutions for clients.
• Provide advice on insurance coverage, rates, and policies.
• Keep up to date on changes in the insurance industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure the best rates for clients.

Please note- this is NOT a work from home position. Possibly might start out 2-3 days per week for a trial period.
