• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions
• Conduct outbound calls to proactively address customer concerns and upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records and logging interactions
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services
• Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirement

• Missouri Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License (or the ability to get one quickly)
• Reliable transportation
• Fluent in English
• Ability to multi-task
