Farmers Insurance Team Twin Cities (District 02 - Nicholas Hansel) is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our District Office supports 65 agents throughout Minnesota--We would like for you to join us! We are Team Twin Cities and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance (Among many other product lines) to help protect our clients and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitve culture, then this could be the career for you.

We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.

Responsibilities


  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements


  • College degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Desire to continually learn new products and services
