Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies ensuring freshness and quality
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with floral selection and recommendations
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive floral sales and meet revenue targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into your work
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral design area

Requirements:
- Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care, and stock management is a plus
