ABOUT THE POSITION

The Marketing Manager will set and guide the strategy for all communications, website, digital marketing, and public relations messages and collateral to consistently articulate Faros Property Management’s mission and business goals. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of marketing plans, plan execution and measuring success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, implement, oversee and ensure the annual marketing and communications plans/budgets across the organization’s network in collaboration with key players of FPM and affiliated business entities.
  • Oversee and negotiate contracts/agreements the business terms for all marketing campaigns, media coverage and corporate partnerships
  • Oversee strategy, ad groups, and results of all campaigns, including but not limited to, Google Ads, pay-per-click, and geofencing campaigns
  • Oversee development, performance, and content for all websites, including Google Analytics and SEO
  • Create and develop all print ads, collateral, and signage as well as all graphic material for digital ads
  • Oversee editorial control on any marketing and public relations material that is released on behalf of the Company or any commercial/residential business or property
  • Oversee all company brand guidelines including but not limited to logos, fonts, letterhead, etc.
  • Manage bi-weekly/monthly marketing meetings
  • Provide marketing and advertising support for internal commercial and residential events
  • Compile monthly marketing reports indicating performance of marketing efforts, next steps/efforts, etc.
  • Coordinate all media contact and ensure that the company consistently gets print and digital coverage.
  • Manage development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, annual reports, e-newsletters
  • Lead the generation of online content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action and determines who, where, and when to disseminate
  • Utilize a variety of acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
  • Maintain editorial control on all marketing and public relations collateral that is released on behalf of the company and commercial assets
  • Periodically travel to off-site properties
  • Other tasks as assigned and required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), plus four to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
  • Strong organizational and communications skills, and the ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, clients, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra.
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp and WordPress
  • Understanding of media outreach
  • Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels
