Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at our office in Dahlonega, GA. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax planning. They will also collaborate with project managers, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Treasurer/Controller
• Proficiency in financial management systems and software (is a plus if familiar with Procore and/or ComputerEase)
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and a team player
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information
• Is a plus if familiar with Construction Accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
