Service Department Scheduler / Coordinator- The purpose of this position is to increase the service traffic of the dealer by handling inbound service calls, making outbound calls and producing solid and specific appointments for the service department assisting service advisors in checking in / out customers and dispatching work to the technicians.

Job responsibilities include : Handling of inbound telephone calls. Asking strategic questions. Assisting Service Advisors in checking in / out customers.

keeping customers up to date on the service process. Dialing outbound calls for service reminders. Determining the needs of the guest via telephone and recommending appropriate service.
