Come join our Fashion Cents Team at our newest location located next to BBs Grocery outlet in Quarryville. We are looking for a part-time Lead with a flexible availability between 8am - 8pm that will assist the management in overseeing operations, training, customer service, creative ideas for improvement, and conflict management. Pay is based on experience and availability.

Store Responsibilities:

• Opening and/or closing the store
• Training new employees
• Ensure all employees are on task and give direction when needed
• Problem solve and use creative thinking to prevent problems and create a better environment
• Answering any store related questions
• Ensure store organization and cleanliness
• Get change for the register people as needed
• Cash management/Run register
• Assist customers on the floor
• Work closely with Managers

CC Responsibilities:

• Opening and/or closing the consignment center
• Fixing consignor mix ups
• Answering any consignment center related questions
• Training new employees
• Ensure all employees are on task and give direction when needed
• Problem solve and use creative thinking to prevent problems and create a better environment
• Greeting, assisting and helping consignors
• Work on drop offs, price inventory and any other daily task that need worked on

At Fashion Cents we have both flexible and consistent scheduling options Monday thru Friday and at least one Saturday off per month. Family is important to us, so we are closed on Sundays.
