FashionPass is an online, subscription-based clothing and accessory rental service for women. We are revolutionizing the retail industry as we know it and we are on a mission to empower women to look and feel like the best version of themselves one outfit at a time.

We are looking for a Content Creator to join the marketing team who is eager to help create engaging and culturally relevant content across FashionPass’ social platforms. You are the person who writes your friends’ captions, the first to jump on the latest TikTok trend, and will do anything to get the shot. You are creative, resourceful, obsessed with content creation and on top of current trends. This position will report to our Senior Marketing Manager and must be Los Angeles based. 

What You’ll Do:

• Create and curate engaging content for @fashionpass social media platforms with a heavy focus on Instagram TikTok. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and other various assets. 
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in social media and fashion to incorporate into the overall strategy.
• Assist with creation of social content briefs for photoshoots, events and content days. 
• Work hand in hand with our Sr. Marketing Manager to create content calendars for social accounts and implement a consistent posting schedule optimizing times for maximum reach and engagement.
• Assist our Founder in creating compelling and engaging content across her personal channels (with an emphasis on TikTok) to tie back to FashionPass.
• Actively engage with followers through comments and messages in real time.
• Capture BTS content at photoshoots, in meetings and around the office to showcase all of the exciting things happening at FashionPass HQ! 
• Support events, activations, photo shoots, brand initiatives, and other FashionPass campaigns to ensure proper social support of ongoing priorities and initiatives.
• Translate performance and analytic data to actionable insights and strategy changes.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of proven experience in content creation, social media, campaign management, and in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.
• Demonstrated track record of driving engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy, engaging captions, and responding to comments.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
