Responsibilities
Listing Side:
•Listing Management
•Coordinate pre-listing activities including, professional stager and photographer, meeting contractors and vendors, and completing tasks at properties as needed to ensure listings are in top showing condition
•Assist in preparing listing documents; Prepare MLS Listings, marketing write-up, offer detail page, and manage and update our comprehensive Action Plan for each listing. Consistently update Action plan in real-time with real data
•Schedule all appointments in Calendars
•Under Contract Process: Support the lead agent from contract ratification through post-closing. Assist in coordinating with home inspections, lender, title company, settlement, and client gifts to ensure smooth transactions
•Act as the right hand to the Lead Agents. Keep the lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
•Follow up with seller leads on agents' behalf
•Keep FUB up to date - all communications through FUB
•All appointments scheduled on appropriate calendars
•Creating automated searches for clients
•Draft and DocuSign contracts and addenda, as needed
•Property follow-up - gathering agent and visitor feedback, and provide to Sellers
•Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, home inspectors, and title companies at a very high level
•Report on weekly updates on buyer statuses and market
•Call And email agents to ensure everything is on track
•Keep Skyslope up to date (Quality Control Checks)
Buyer Side:
•Prospect for new business - outreach, follow-ups, etc.
•Reach out immediately to all leads. Book appointment
•Buyer education and presentation
•Schedule showings
•Continually Follow up with buyer leads
•All appointments scheduled on appropriate calendars
•Showing homes to buyers - send videos of homes of interest
•Save all documents to GoogleSuite and Skyslope
•Act as the right hand to the Lead Agents. Keep the lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.
•Attend home inspections
•Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, home inspectors, and title companies at a very high level
•Under Contract Process: Support the lead agent from contract ratification through post-closing. Assist in coordinating with home inspections, lender, title company, settlement, and client gifts to ensure smooth transactions
•Report on weekly updates on buyer statuses
Team Support:
•Handle daily office administrative tasks including but not limited to emails, calls and messages, calendar, and management of CRM database
•Phone management - First point of contact in handling customer and other agents' inquiries
•Work with agents to ensure the Database is accurately maintained and grown monthly
•Manage online reviews. Responsible for asking and obtaining 5-star reviews post-settlement on multiple sites including Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook
•Routinely call agents for off-markets and coming soon home intel
•Proactively post on social media, marketing assistance, and grow the Brand
•Reach out and follow calls/texts/emails
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
•Active Virginia Real Estate license (2-year minimum)
•Listing and Buying experience
•Available nights and weekends
•Ability to work from home and the Tysons office
•Impeccable communication and problem-solving skills
