We are seeking a Pawnbroker to become a part of our team at Fast N Easy Pawn! You will be responsible for writing pawn loans, buying merchandise, and selling products in our store.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify customer needs
• Explain the pawn loan process to customers
• Determine fair value for items being pawned
• Enter and process customer transactions
• Clean and price inventory being put out for sale
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills are needed
• Prior negotiation experience is a plus
• Accurate cash handling skills
• Ability to quickly learn computer systems

Work Schedule

• Work hours include days, evenings and rotations on Saturdays and Sundays.
• We are closed on major holidays
• Must be able to be to work on time as scheduled
