*Job Summary*

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and inputting accurate data within our new operational system. This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in handling data entry tasks.

*Responsibilities*

-Enter customer information into new database as collected upon forms and/or spreadsheets

-Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management

-Collect and determine completion of all information before entering data into software program

-Scan and print required documents as needed to collect information for data entry

-Generate monthly reports regarding areas to be improved upon

-Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes

-File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents

-Organize and add detail information to the personal calendar of management and other members of staff

-Continuing education regarding best practices in database organization

-Experience maintaining professional level of privacy

*Requirements*

-High school diploma/GED

-Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

-Ability to pass criminal background check & drug screen

-2 to 5 Years experience in data entry

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:
